Tasty Masala Rice Recipe- Easy to make
Masala Rice is easy to make. We will see step by step in this post. In this, first you have to boil 2 bowl rice. Then let it cool down. If there is only leftover rice of last night, then we will make from it.
Mostly people love to eat Masala Rice. In Maharashtra it is called as "Satarla Bhaat". Most of the houses have leftover rice at night, then people fry it in the morning and eat it. It is really tasty.
Ingredients for Masala Rice or Masala Bhaat.
Boiled Rice
6 Chili
1 Onion
1 Tomato
2 Table Spoon Oil
1 Large Red Chili Powder
1 Small Table Spoon Turmeric (Haldi)
1 Table Spoon Salt
1 Table Spoon Jeera Powder (Optional)
Mustard (Mohari)
Chopped Onion, Chili and Tomato.
We Will make Masala Rice.

1. Put the Pan on Stove. Add 2 Tablespoon of Oil and get heated. Then add some Mustard it that oil.
2. Now put the chopped Onion and Chili in it. Wait for 4 min.
3.Then add chopped tomato and Spices.
4. Now it will looks like this.
5. Now add Rice and mix it. Wait for 5 Min and it is ready to eat.
