     Hi Friends, My name is Pavan. I live in Nagpur (Mh, India). I am an Arts Graduate from Sardar Patel College, Chandrapur.

     Indian Dishes are rich in Fiber, Vitamins, Calcium, Iron and much more. Indian food is Healthy and Tasty. Most of the Indian people always prefer spicy food.

Everyone knows, there are two category of food. 
1. Vegetarian
2. Non-Vegetarian

In my posts I will discuss about both the categories. 


    Vegetarian: Most of the people in India are Vegetarian. They eat Paneer, Besan,Brinjal, Tomato Chutney, Potato, Lady Finger, Cornflower, Spinach, Pulses and many more. These are some Indian Veg Dishes. 
     
    The methods of making these Vegetarian Dishes are also different. The same vegetable can be made in different ways. Like Paneer, there are many ways to cook, Palak Paneer, Paneer Pasanda, Paneer Butter Masala, Varhadi Paneer, Kolhapuri Paneer, Sawji Paneer, Paneer do Pyaj and many more.

     Non-Vegetarian: People love to eat non vegetarian dishes. There are so many non vegetarian dishes in India. In India, most of the people eat Chicken, Goat, Fish. 
     Like Vegetarian dishes, non vegetarian dishes have more ways to cook. Like Chicken, Sawaji Chicken, Varhadi Chicken, Handi Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Lollypop, Chicken Curry and many more.


What are Sawaji and Varhadi Dishes?    

     Sawaji and Varhadi means more spicy. These type of dishes makes in Maharashtra. Most of the people want more spicy thats why they name it as Sawaji and Varhadi.

    I will tell you How to make Varhadi and Sawaji Dishes? This type of dish is easy to make. Just need ingredients.
