Ingredients for three people
6 Eggs
2 Onions
1 Tomato
5-6 Garlic Pieces
20-22 Peanuts
Dry Coconut 6-7 Small Slices

Chop the Onion and Tomato before making Masaala and Boiled the Eggs.
First we need to make Masaala for Egg Curry Recipe.
Put the oil in a round pan. After oil is heated add Peanuts. Put these Peanuts for 1-2 minutes. Then take it out easily.
After this, Put the chopped Onion in that Oil. Put these onion for 2-3 min. Then take it out easily.
After this, Put the chopped Dry Coconut Pieces in that Oil. Put these for 2-3 min. Then take it out easily.
Now, Mix these three items and Garlic Pieces in mixer bowl and make a paste of it. Add all these three ingredients in a mixer bowl and add some amount of water. After this step you get a nice masala paste for Egg Curry Recipe.

Now, We will make Egg Curry step by step.
- Add Oil in the Pan.
- After this add some Mustard in that Oil.
- Now put this Masala in that Oil.
- Add chopped Tomato in it.
- Add Chili Powder, Salt, Any curry masala if you have add it.
- Put it for 5-6 minute then add Boiled Egg. And then Add 1 Glass of water for curry.
- And Your Egg Curry is ready to eat.
