- 1/2 Kg Lady Finger
- 3 Onion
- 5 Red Chili (Optional)
- 1 Big Table Spoon Kasuri Methi (Optional)
- 4 Table Spoon Oil
- 1 Small Spoon Turmeric (Haldi)
- 3 Big Spoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Big Spoon Salt

1. Cut the lady finger and keep it. If possible, keep in the sun for half an hour.
2. Cut the Three Onions and Red Chill.
3. Now Put the Pan on Stove and add 3 Tablespoon of Oil. After Oil is heated put chopped Onions in it. Wait for getting Brown and then add Red Chili.
4. Then add Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Kasuri Methi with Onion. Mix it and wait for 2-3 Min. then add Chopped Lady Finger.
5. It will looking like this.
