Tasty Brinjal Recipe- Easy to Cook with Indian Style | Masala Vange
In India Brinjal is called as Baigan. In Maharashtra it is called as Vaange. There are many dishes made it from Brinjal. Whether it is Vaange bharit, Bharla Vaanga, Vangyachi Bhaji, Vharadi Vaange, Varhadi bharit.
But in this post we will see Masala Brinjal (Masala Vaange).
Ingredient for Masala Brinjal Recipe
- 8 full Brinjal with square cutting
- Mustard
- 1 Small Spoon of Turmeric (Haldi)
- 2 Tomato
- 2 Onion
- 20-22 Peanuts
- 5-6 Garlic Pieces
- 5-6 Dry Coconut Pieces
- 4 Table Spoon of Oil
- Garam Masala

How to make Masala for Brinjal Recipe?
We will see step by step with images.
First we need to fry 2 chopped Onions. See the below image.
Then we will fry Peanuts for thick gravy.
Then we will fry Dry Coconut for taste.
Now, we will mix it in Mixer Bowl and make a paste of it. We will add Jeera in it and 5-6 Garlic pieces in it.
In my home, I make Masala on "Paata". It is looking like this.
After mix these ingredients.It is looking like this. Now, our Masala is ready.
This is as important as Salt. Because of this paste we get thick and tasty gravy. Now, come to the important task. we will make Brijal Dish.
How to make Masala Brinjal? Recipe for Masala Brinjal
We will see step by step. Fir put the Pan on Stove. Add 3 tabelspoon of oil in it. Add mustard in it. Look at the image below.
Then put the masala paste in it.
Wait for 3 Min.
Then add Tomatoes.
Wait for 3 min.
Add Spices. (Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric, Garam Masala)
Wait for 3 Min.
Now, add Brinjal in it. and mix it proper. Add some water and mix it proper.
Wait for 10 min.
And your Masala Brinal Dish is ready to serve.
